Terms of Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the web application Google Calendar Analyzer (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The Service allows you to authenticate with Google, select calendars, query events within a time range, view results in your browser, and download a CSV export. Features depend on the deployment being configured with valid Google OAuth credentials and the Google Calendar API enabled for that project.
Eligibility and your account
You must have permission to use the Google account you connect. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your session. You must comply with Google’s terms and policies that apply to your use of Google services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where laws prohibit that restriction.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SERVICE RELIES ON GOOGLE’S APIS AND YOUR NETWORK; WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF THE INSTANCE YOU USE (AND CONTRIBUTORS TO THE SOFTWARE, WHERE APPLICABLE) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO USE THIS SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR (B) ZERO DOLLARS IF THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates, contributors, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. The Operator may suspend or end access to a deployment for operational, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will indicate updates by changing the “Last updated” date above. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Operator operates the deployment you use, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in those jurisdictions may have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
Open source
The Service may be distributed as open-source software. Your use of the software is also subject to the license file included with the source repository, in addition to these Terms for the running Service.
Contact
For questions about these Terms for a particular deployment, contact the Operator using the information from that deployment’s Google OAuth consent screen or hosting documentation.
